ABOUT US

DEDICATED TO SPITFIRE FLIGHT

We’re a Spitfire flight and restoration facility dedicated to returning Supermarine Spitfires to the air and offering people the chance to fly in a lovingly restored and maintained two seat Spitfire.

With the help of our guests we’re able to keep these historic aircraft in the Skies where the belong. In addition, traditional warbird workshop restoration skills and techniques are kept alive in our unique living ‘Spitfire Factory’. Our team of pilots, engineers, ground crew, tour guides, volunteers and customer service staff are here to deliver the flight of a lifetime in the worlds most famous aircraft.

Meet The Pilots

We have a team of experienced and friendly pilots with thousands of flying and instruction hours between them. They'll make sure you get the most from your visit to Biggin Hill.

You'll have a full pre-flight briefing when you visit us and they'll be on hand to answer any questions that you may have. Our pilots come from military, commercial and civil aviation backgrounds but one thing they all share is a passion for introducing visitors to the joys of a flight in a Spitfire!
